I asked the first attendant what my camel's name was, and he said "James Bond."  The second
told me "Queen."  I think they just make them up as they go.
How did you come up with such an innovative idea for a cookbook?
Well, first of all, I love baking!  Also, to my dismay, I had never seen a low-carb dessert cookbook on the shelves at bookstores.  Just a
few diabetic dessert books that frankly aren't really that low-carbohydrate at all.  You know what they say about wanting things to be
done right....you must do them yourself!  The rest is history. :)

How many recipes & what kinds?
There are 150!  Exclusively desserts, including shakes, pies, sauces, breakfast foods, cakes, cookies, fudge, & other treats!  See below
for list of recipe titles!

Where did you get all these recipes?  Will I find these exact recipes at other websites, where I can simply print them out for free?
100% of these recipes are original, and are in large part my mother's recipes, converted to my own low-carb treats.

How much?  Any tips before placing an order?
$16.99 USD.  Shipping fee represents only 1.) what I pay to ship your order and 2.) the PayPal fee associated with the order - never a penny
more.  (In other words, no vague exorbitant "Handling" fees.)
Orders ship the day of received payment.  Please also note that all sales are
final, and that since USPS tracking information is provided through PayPal with each order,
SugarFreeSheila.com is not responsible
in the
extremely rare event that an order has been tampered with, lost, or stolen in transit once it leaves my hands.  (For
information on Insurance, please read on.)  Also, please make sure your PayPal-Confirmed address information is current and accurate
prior to placing order.  Since modifying Buyer's inaccurate or non-updated address myself would render me ineligible for Seller
Protection, a refund will be sent once I am alerted of this so that Buyer may remedy the issue and resubmit the order.  Likewise, orders
with an Uncomfirmed Buyer address will also receive a refund.

What are your accepted methods of payment?  How fast do orders ship?
Check, money order, cashier's check, eCheck, & PayPal.  With mailed personal checks & eCheck, books ship the day payment clears.
Money orders & PayPal orders get same-day shipping.

Where do I send check/money order?
SugarFreeSheila.com

I would like my order to get here super-fast and/or purchase full insurance.
Please click here to view shipping, and insurance options!  Kindly submit any shipment upgrades along with your order, as orders ship
fast!  Since USPS tracking is provided free with all orders and insurance is offered and encouraged, I am not responsible for uninsured
mail that is lost, stolen, or damaged by the USPS once it leaves my hands.

Are all the recipes Induction-safe?
These recipes largely are not appropriate for Induction, since these are indeed dessert recipes, and desserts, for the most part, are
meant for
after the preliminary 2-week Induction.  However, my new Sheila's Super-Simple Low-Carb Induction Meals cookbook consists
entirely of Induction-friendly ingredients!

Are carb counts included in each recipe?
Of course!  I include carbohydrate counts per serving for each recipe.  Since Atkins followers are instructed not to mind calories or fat as
per
Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution, only carbohydrate content is cited for each recipe.

Are these recipe instructions going to be miles-long & complicated?
No!  Personally, I have a rather intense dislike for recipe instructions that fail to get right to the point.  Just take a look at my
Original
Recipes Page - these are the simple, concise instructions you should expect.

Are there a ton of "fancy ingredients" I'll need for your cookbook?
Below are the only "special" ingredients needed for the
entire cookbook:
- Splenda Granular (drugstores, supermarkets)
- Spoonable Brown Sugar Twin (supermarkets)
- walnut/almond/soya/soy flour (supermarkets & health food stores)
- guar or xanthan gum (supermarkets in the spice/seasoning aisle)
- sugar-free, low-carb chocolate bars (any brand; large supermarkets, health food stores, or the Internet)
- sugar-free, low-carb chocolate chips (any brand; supermarkets, health food stores, or the Internet)
- Low-Carb sliced bread (any brand; supermarkets, health food stores)
- Sugar-Free Da Vinci syrups (supermarkets like Wal-Mart, TJ Maxx, or the Internet)

What is the ISBN number?
0-9746646-0-X

My company is holding a seminar, and we are interested in promoting your books / I'm interested in selling your cookbooks in
my store.  Is there a discounted bulk rate?
Yes.  Please send me an e-mail to discuss this matter.

Can I find your 3 books in major, large-chain bookstores and libraries?
I do receive orders in the mail frequently from large-chain bookstores and libraries.  This occurs when someone is at a bookstore, looks
for my book & sees that it isn't in stock, so they request it at the front desk.  My 3 books are all officially published, so via their
Books In
Print-listed ISBN number (which is a bar code shown on the backs of published books), the bookstore therefore mails me an order for the
book(s).  So, that said, the more requests my books get at bookstores and libraries, the more likely they will all soon be official carriers!
Please note:  If for whatever reason your request at a bookstore/library to get my cookbook(s) is met with a "Sorry, it's not listed"
response, this simply means that the bookstore or library's database is not properly updated with
Books In Print - which is the definitive
database of all published works.  In other words, this bookstore or library does not have an updated system of new-released material,
and if this is a large-chain bookstore or a library worth its salt, it is up to them to address this matter.

Could you list the dessert recipes in the cookbook?
Sure - scroll down!
