What are your accepted methods of payment?  How fast do orders ship?
PayPal, and all orders ship the day payment clears. 

 

Are all the recipes Induction-safe? 
These recipes are not appropriate for Induction, since these are indeed dessert recipes - and desserts are meant for after the preliminary 2-week Induction.  However, my Sheila's Super-Simple Low-Carb Induction Meals cookbook consists entirely of Induction-friendly ingredients!

 

Are carb counts included in each recipe? 
Of course!  I include carbohydrate counts per serving for each recipe.  Since Atkins followers are instructed throughout Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution not to mind calories or fat, only carbohydrate content is cited for each recipe.

 

Are these recipe instructions going to be miles-long & complicated? 
No!  Personally, I have a rather intense dislike for recipe instructions that fail to get straight to the point.  Just take a look at my Original Recipes page - these are the simple, concise instructions one should expect.

 

Are there a ton of "fancy ingredients" I'll need for your cookbook?

Weight Loss Workbook ($20.99)
