I love taking pictures of food.  It is a serious passion of mine!

Well, given that and as often as I'm asked what I eat, it's high time I implemented a page devoted entirely to what I love most in life:  FOOD.  Here you will find see recent images (all phone pics unless otherwise indicated) that serve as great examples of what I eat and how I eat it.  Whether your eating style is Atkins, general low carb high fat (LCHF), Keto, Banting, Primal, or Paleo, you're sure to find some inspiration here, be it for meals at home or eating out.

Grilled salmon fillet with green beans & asparagus
Spinach & Mushroom Omelette. I'm sure you've heard about the pancake batter IHOP adds to their eggs to make them fluffier. Well, after years of complaints, they finally cop to it on their menu! So just make sure to ask for "real eggs" when ordering.
Greek Salad at Lekka in Dallas. I asked for double feta, added smoked salmon to mine, & substituted olive oil for their peppercorn dressing.

12-ounce ribeye, rare, with mixed veggies & Caesar salad (not shown - already eaten!).
Kabob & Greek salad at a Lebanese restaurant. Clearly, I skipped the rice. ;)
Bunless cheeseburger, cooked medium, no salt - and I like to add avocado to mine. That's sautéed spinach on the side. I'm often asked why I don't salt my food. Look at the cheese I eat! I'm covered, trust me.
Iceburger: cheeseburger wrapped in iceberg lettuce - also with tomato, pickles, & grilled onions.
Strawberries: a full pound of them is a typical snack for me, and they're an awesome thing to tuck into.
A few slices of my newest recipe: Low-Carb Cinnamon Bread - Paleo-friendly! This is great with some Kerrygold butter.
Sardines: a surprisingly good midnight snack!
The one awesome thing about an early-morning airport run: picking up Starbucks & a McDonald's breakfast on the way back home. Two sans-biscuit Sausage Egg Cheese Biscuits. The guy in the McDonald's drive thru line ahead of me bought my breakfast!
Pumpkin Seeds. Oh my gosh, a tiny bag of these from the dollar store has 6 total carbs & lasts through an entire movie.
